Spontaneous pneumothorax is a sudden collection of air or gas in the chest that causes the lung to collapse in the absence of a traumatic injury to the chest or lung. Usually, a distinction is made between a spontaneous (primary) pneumothorax, and secondary (complicated) pneumothorax.

Symptoms include:

• Chest pain on affected side
• Dyspnea (shortness of breath)
• Cough
• Abnormal breathing movement
• Rapid respiratory rate

Well well.. Another island to explore.. Went to numerous island such as Pulau Besar , Pulau Sibu, Pulau Tioman, Pulau Langkawi..etc..

Pulau Redang is located in the South China Sea off the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia within 5°44′ – 5°50′ North latitude and 102°59′ – 103°5′ East longitude. It lies about 45 km north-northeast of Kuala Terengganu, the state capital of Terengganu, and about 22 km off Tanjung Merang, the closest point on the mainland.

These few days i was trying to find out which laptop is good and worth buying..hmmm.. anyone can recommend me?hehe.. Sony?Acer?Dell?Toshiba?Fujitsu?HP? Wah.. So many diff type.. How to choose..and the new platform.. Santa Rosa from intel.. Wanna wait for it? Big screen or small screen? High performance or normal? Kinda confused..

• Intel Core 2 Duo or Centrino Pro?
• 1gb RAM or 2gb RAM?
• integrated graphics or ATI or Nvidia?
• 13.3″ screen or 14.1″ or 15.4″ or 17″?
• Windows Vista Home Basic or Premium ( With AERO )?

Looking at Sony..cheapest also Rm4488..Wah.. Acer..Normal lo..almost all students also buy acer..dunno y..hehe.. In case u din notice..Sony laptop are sold in Sony shop only..WHY??coz.. Like.No.Other hehe… thinking thinking..headache.. 🙂

The Malaysian Examinations Syndicate (MES) has proposed the abolishment of two major public examinations – the Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) in Year Six and the Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) in Form Three.

Wah..I also do not support..So shuang a..no need exam from small..later kong ka kiao..I personally think that we should take those exams..It’s good..As a training to overcome those circumstances..If we do not have the exams, we won’t study that hard..hehe..

Very boring..wanted to play some games but my PC cannot support..After installed Windows Vista Home Premium on my PC and can’t play those latest games..I tried Hero Online and the outcome..Lags..CPU usage=70%, RAM usage= 85%..Wah..crazy..Just now off PC..thunder ma..don play play with thunder..my friends’ modem kena strike..first day get Maxis broadband then happy online 24hours then at night thunder..Boom..habis..cannot online for next 3 days..gotta wait the Maxis ppl comes n change the modem..hehe..learnt a lesson..

Erm..just got the offer letter from NUS..Computer Engineering (Faculty of Engineering) ..Basically they’re efficient enough..Sent on 30^th of April and reach here “safely”..hehe..The “bundle” includes..

• Forms..Form A, Form M..Dunoo what’s that..haven’t read..haha..
• CD..Some info about the faculty..
• Freshman Guide..long long guide in everything including insurance, accommodation, resources, facilities, checklists, administrative info..etc..

Haven’t read the details part yet..Overall only..So i think i’ll accept the offer as backup as their admission is in the August i think..saw in the net..

What??Pro and non-pro??From The Star..Alamak..so is there any courses to take in university to learn how to blog like a pro?or as a pro?hehe.. “This course is 3 Months long and you can be the professional blogger after that,with the cert — Bachelor of Blogging..Haha..Joking la..However,it’s good to control..

Malaysia has to classify bloggers as professionals and non-professionals as a mechanism to prevent the misuse of blog sites, Information Minister Datuk Seri Zainuddin Maidin said.

He said he believed that professional bloggers were those who were more responsible in ensuring that their web content was based on truth and not mere rumours.

“This classification will also facilitate any action to be taken against those found to have violated the country’s laws,” he told a press conference at the Putra World Trade Centre here yesterday.

Zainuddin said certain people in the country had misused blog sites for their own interest and that of their groups, including touching on matters enshrined in the Federal Constitution.

“We have to control this. It is feared that these (blog sites) will be misused by those who have an agenda to spread slander.

“By right, there should be a mechanism to control this phenomenon, including classifying bloggers as professionals and non-professionals,” he added.

Zainuddin said this was important in enabling the people to determine whether they could trust a certain matter and whether the blog content was the truth or a rumour that could cause discomfort or undermine unity.

He reminded bloggers not to touch on matters that had been agreed upon by consensus by the multi-racial population in the country, so as to maintain peace and harmony

What the heck to the cinema??Suddenly black out and no air-con!! Nice movie… I mean Spiderman 3 but lousy service!! The movie hasn’t started but problems already crawled in.. Trailers stop and the screen went black??Izzit the spiderman new costume so that’s y gotta be black?Lolz.. We waited in the cinema for around 10-15 minutes without air-con!! I was sweating all the way.. Before the movie started, my long pants has started to wet already!! My friends,Jeff and Khamael also sweating..What??Watching movie in such a condition?Hehe.. Can’t believe it!! I saw my other friends there,by coincidence..they were wearing short pants!! Wow.. Is it they knew something’s gonna wrong in the first place? Good prediction..Haha.. He complained :”我等到流大汗!!” Haha.. same feelings.. So make sure you guys check on the cinema and try asking your friends about the conditions before buying the tickets..

Yesterday my GF came to my house to visit me..Drop by to give me the flyers from PC fair.. I didn’t go to the PC fair but she did..so collected some information for me..So we decided to do some exercises..hehe..Firstly,we start off with cycling..erm..”We”, i mean.. Coz she doesn’t know how to cycle..Ahuh..Gave her the first lesson..balancing..haha.. She couldn’t balance well..can’t blame her for that..as my bike is for man..

Yesterday went to Hutan Bandar for a while with my sis while waiting for my brother..Saw lots of changes..hehe..anyway,there are still lots of people jogging there..not bad..healthy lifestyle..

Today morning at 7.30am i fetched my sis to Hyatt Hotel coz she’s taking her CPA exam..First paper..hehe..so i drove her there..early in the morning..her exam starts on 9am but go there earlier to “survey” the place..I have never been there before so when i saw the sign board,i straight away went in..but i saw the “Taxi” sign there..so not very sure whether is for taxi only or not..I didn’t care much and moved on.. These few days we’re having some holidays..Labour day, Vesak replacement holiday…then everyone is at home..My sis going to take her CPA examination while my bro is going to take his Mid-year exam.. How about me?hehe.. “graduated” from the course that i took..But still haven’t went to take the cert yet..hehe..Hmm..these few days the application for the intake for NUS is out and i got an offer for computer engineering..Hmmm..I still prefer medic lo..hehe..but my dad idea is to check the money for the first term..If it is “cheap” then can take up the offer first and wait for local U reply..When get the medic for local U then only redraw from NUS..hehe..waste money la..NUS closing date is on 18^th of May..so u gotta confirm before you can know the results for local U..
